By creating an account or using Gabohi, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Gabohi reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

3. Posting Listings

You agree not to post content that:

• Is false, misleading, or fraudulent
• Violates Sierra Leone law or international regulations
• Infringes intellectual property rights
• Involves prohibited items (weapons, drugs, counterfeit goods)

4. Transactions

Gabohi is a marketplace platform only. We are not a party to any transaction between buyers and sellers. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of items listed. Always meet in a safe public place when completing a transaction.

5. Limitation of Liability

Gabohi is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform or transactions made through it.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of Gabohi after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
